About

I’ve always been drawn to the quiet utility of tools—the kind that extend human capability, that restore a sense of agency in a world often built to confound it. Over the years, I’ve built tools for a wide range of people: advertisers crafting campaigns, publishers distributing stories, remote operators at Waymo guiding autonomous vehicles, everyday users managing their lives with Google Apps, and teams driving coordination and clarity with Asana—helping them align, decide, and move with greater clarity. Each project, in its way, has been an inquiry: how can we make the complex more graspable, the essential more elegant? If there’s a throughline, it’s this: I believe in tools as instruments of empowerment. Not just to do more, but to see more clearly, decide more wisely, and act with greater confidence. As a design leader, I carry that belief into the teams I help shape—bringing together craft, clarity, and culture. I work at the intersection of design, technology, and business, but my deepest investment is in people: growing leaders, building trust, and creating the conditions where great work becomes possible. To me, good design doesn’t just solve problems—it unlocks potential.

  • We designed for scale and nuance—balancing functionality with emotional resonance, and always grounding our work in the belief that better tools lead to better teamwork.
