• I oversee planning, monitoring, and coordination of large-scale projects, ensuring each stage—from concept to completion—meets performance, quality, and compliance standards. My role involves integrating technical and commercial perspectives to maintain project efficiency, optimize resources, and achieve sustainable, high-impact results.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Partnerships:
• I manage engagement with government bodies such as NITI Aayog, NHLML, NHAI and Invest India, as well as industry stakeholders and private partners. My focus is on building collaborative relationships that enable policy alignment, MoU facilitation, and project partnerships that advance the nation’s green energy and mobility infrastructure goals.
• Policy, Research & Communication:
• I actively contribute to policy analysis, documentation, and reporting across emerging domains like electric mobility, ESG, and infrastructure development. This includes preparing research briefs, presentations, and communication materials that support decision-making and stakeholder outreach at strategic levels.
• Engagement & Project Execution:
• Beyond management, I play a key role in planning and executing stakeholder events, roundtables, and webinars that foster industry dialogue and innovation exchange. By ensuring seamless coordination across departments, I help translate strategic visions into tangible results that strengthen national development initiatives and sustainable progress.
