Earned the trust of the Naggar BDO, Malana Gram Pradhan and its Head Priest to start work in Malana village and built a team with two local supervisors.
Engaged the Malana Youth Council to clean 1 ton of garbage on its first day.
Gained over 1800 (60%) locals as subscribers to our paid waste management services for the month with the help of the Malana Women's Council.
Hired 3 waste workers who over a period of one month, collected over 10 tons of garbage to make the village clean.
