• First job out of college. Made mistakes, learnt from them. Led the start-up operations of the first BabyCare diaper manufacturing unit in P&G India, with a team of ~30 technicians reporting into me. Shop floor experience is the best experience you can have when it comes to learning what leadership is all about.

• First exposure to the corporate world. Led a team of three P&G employees to set up the India Training Centre at Mandideep. Analysed the technician skill gaps affecting productivity loss and customised the training facilities to address the same. The effort resulted in a significant improvement of throughput for the F&HC category.
