After spending over 10 years in Talent Acquisition—building teams, leading hiring, and working closely with people across fast-paced organizations—I’ve now moved into a new and meaningful space: early childhood education. During a personal pause from work, I found myself drawn to the world of teaching. What started as an interest slowly became a clear path. I’m now working as an educator, with a strong passion for the early years, because this stage lays the foundation for a child’s lifelong learning and well-being. I’m especially interested in play-based, child-led approaches that encourage curiosity, independence, and joy. Exploring different early childhood pedagogies has helped me see learning in a whole new way. This shift feels like a natural extension of my core strengths - empathy, communication, and a love for helping others grow. I’m excited to keep learning and contributing in this new chapter.
