• As a Talent Acquisition Executive, I manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding manpower Requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
• My responsibilities include sourcing top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and internal databases, while effectively utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline and manage candidate pipelines. I work closely with hiring managers and department heads to develop hiring strategies that align with business goals, ensuring timely and quality closures of open positions. I conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, experience and coordinate interviews while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. I also handle offer negotiations, the release of offer letters, and pre-joining follow-ups, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. A key part of my role is maintaining strong candidate engagement to reduce dropouts and promote positive employer branding. I actively support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives through social media campaigns, job fairs, and internal communication. Additionally, I track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and ensure all hiring activities comply with internal policies and labor laws.
