• Built a Saas for automating the claim processing taking input as hospital bill and output as reimbursable amount.
• Conducted 75+overall user interviews
• Built an end to end software to process raw bill images to give final reimbursable amount
• Interviewed all Insurance companies to chart out their claim processing ,few TPAs and modern group health insurance startups like plum
• Understood in depth how claim processing works , ICD coding , Adjudication process , Insurance policy terms and services.
• Figured out a novel way of processing bill from images that doesn't require any sort of training data set , So we could beat the exisitng OCR players in the market.
• Offline visits to insurance and met key executive for business impact evaluation.

• We have build a Robot which would be able to clean beaches autonomously. 15 Members aligned to Build this vision. I was responsible for planning and designing Initially then subsequently got involved in Chassis designing , Programming with RPI and Heading the Team of 15 in one direction to build the BOT in most Lean fashion.

• Construct AR
• I am Project head of Construct AR project with a team of 10 Highly enthusiastic students to make 3D models of existing Infrastructure using Drones and photogrammetry and we are also working on placing fore coming Infrastructure's CAD model on the specified Geospatial Location.
• Drones are provide helical path around infrastructure to get 200+ all round image and then the Image is processed to get 3D model whoch could be used as objects to replicate reality in Metaverse.
• We used Google's AR core with .NET Backend so that we can have AR model at same location across the devices.

• Why I stopped
• 1.The only way I could earn money in this space was through brokerage and giving tips (I didn't wanted to do either of those)
• 2.If you study Macroeconomics of India , Number of active retail investor is very less.
