I have close to 29 yrs of experience. As an HR professional my endeavor has been to leverage my experience and knowledge of HR in leading the function as a strategic partner for business growth. I believe in building the credibility of HR function by implementing the right people strategies in service of business. For me the greatest achievement would be that of positively impacting the lives of the employees and stake holders of the organization. I have been a corporate lead HR and have business partnered for Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Services, Support Function and Commercial for the last 13 yrs. I also have managed complex IR challenges with 16 LTS, 7 VRS and 4 closures in the last 25 yrs. and have been in factories for the initial 12 yrs. initially before moving to corporate . I have a rich experience of Labour Laws and compliance including managing legal case related to labour Laws across Multiple Manufacturing locations across India.
