  • B2R (Business-To-Rural) is a rural BPO organization operating in rural Uttarakhand – which aims to deliver business value for corporations, together with social value by creating sustainable employment for rural youth. In operation for over fifteen years, we currently have four operations delivery centers and a team of 600+ spread across these locations, ~50% of whom are women. In a similar Impact Sourcing model, we recently also kicked off a partner-center in Mexico to deliver services in Spanish.
  • With a core team experienced in BPM, on one hand we engage with customers to outsource their business tasks in Finance & Accounting, US Mortgage, Data Labelling & Annotation, Digital Publishing Services, Localization & Translation, Customer Service, Insurance & Legal, and on the other hand, create training & delivery processes to have rural youth to be able to learn and deliver the task in a predictable, consistent delivery model. Our team has been working with Fortune 1000 corporations as well as small & medium enterprises for their regular outsourcing business requirements, delivering securely to high accuracy and turnaround time.
