• Lead Product Manager at Betterhalf.ai, YC backed matchmaking app (Jun 2018- Jul 2019): Led Product Management launching the first version of the product (Android and iOS apps) scaling to the first 150k users and generating the first $1m in revenue helping the startup raise seed funding and a subsequent Series A. Conceptualized innovative features including an AI powered recommendation engine for personality matching and streamlined onboarding flow.
• Entrepreneur and Founder, Referworthy (Apr 2017- June 2018): Referworthy was a professional networking platform focused on recommendations, to help uncover the person behind the traditional resume. This initiative involved conceptualizing a unique approach to leverage professional connections, designing a low friction approach to write and ask for recommendations, and connecting with recruiters to understand their pain points as they evaluate candidates beyond skills and qualifications.
• Product Manager at Makaan.com by Proptiger, now REA India (Dec 2015- Apr 2017): As the PM for the Seller side of the marketplace, I implemented the disruptive monetization strategy to record revenue from real estate transactions (going beyond listings); led seller side of the marketplace improving the Seller Experience with enhanced lead tracking, improved seller support and a better incentive structure; reduced listing go-live time from 48 hours to 4 hours with automated verification process to save 1000+ work hours/week
