• Follow-ups with clients for regular updates on the status on the candidates presented.
• Develop strategies tailored to individual client requirements.
• Experience in entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing, initial screening, selection,
• salary negotiation & onboarding.
• Interacting with the candidates, briefing them about the company & job requirements &
• understand their willingness.
• Screening, short listing and conducting preliminary interview (Candidate Assessment)
• prior to sending it to the client.
• Client research and branding to reduce the time-to-hire.
• Creating and maintaining an active as well as a passive candidate pipeline for different roles.
• Post offer follow-up with the candidate to ensure timely joining.
• Full involvement in Product Development hiring.
• Attracting new candidates via networking, internal database, job portals, references
• Head Hunting high profile developers for awesome Startups across India.
• Sound Experience in doing Mapping & Head Hunting for the clients.
• Having fun with Recruitment tools which includes Linkedin, Naukri.com , Monster.com
