Major Responsibilities: • Manage end to end hiring process for multiple mandates in Tech (Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps etc.), Product (SPM, PM, PD etc.) and Non- Tech (Finance, MEA, BDM etc.) Domains • Manage day to day operations including vendor agreements, Interns stipend, platform administration and Invoicing for Circle Health and MMT (MakeMyTrip) • Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts • Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements • Facilitating the full cycle of recruitment-initial screening, scheduling, interviewing, including conditional closures, and making offers and reference checks • Manages relationship with assigned Hiring managers to understand & implement their Hiring plan/requirement • Extending offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within company guidelines • Drives assigned Interviews, assessment, candidate negotiations and offer closures in alignment with mutually agreed upon SLAs. • Maintains regular and up to date hiring MIS, tracker and analytics for his/her assigned set of positions. Provides regular reporting, MIS and Insights for standard reviews • Managing the full spectrum of Recruitment Activities with Focus on Quality, Cost and TAT • Social Media Hiring / Bulk Hiring/ Leadership Hiring / Contractual Hiring
