First and foremost, I love being an HR.  Two things that fascinate me about being an HR: 1) I put people in the center of everything I do. I work on knowing my people & drive them with meaningful work- I'm a Meaning Maker! . 2) I do some really amazing sourcing and hiring at scale mostly on the Technology front as I am a firm believer of the fact that technology exists only to enhance and supplement human potential. HR tech will be an enabler than a replacer. I have been instrumental in finding great talent and building a world-class team of engineers at all levels! With multiple years in HR and recruiting (Campus recruiting to hiring for the executive role), I'm at ease working at every stage of the recruiting cycle from sourcing to salary offer/negotiation to onboarding and retention.
