Experience

Identifii

Partner

Jun 2025Present · 9 mos · Dubai, United Arab Emirates · Hybrid

  • After building my own LinkedIn brand to over 100,000 followers and generating seven figures in inbound leads, I realised just how powerful a personal brand can be, when it’s done right.
  • That’s why I became a partner in Identifii.
  • We work with business owners, CEOs, senior leaders, and experts who want to be seen, trusted, and remembered in the business world. Because today, if you don’t have a personal brand, you’re invisible.
  • At Identifii, we help people define their voice, grow their presence, and position themselves as the go-to name in their space. I focus on business growth and bringing in the right clients, people who are ready to take their brand seriously and show up with intent.
  • Your identity. Your voice. Done right.

Remote resource

Founder

Feb 2025Present · 1 yr 1 mo · Dubai, United Arab Emirates · Hybrid

  • I’ve been offshoring for years. First for my own business, then for clients who saw how well it worked and wanted in.
  • Remote Resource is the natural next step, giving businesses access to high-performing offshore talent without the headaches of hiring in-house.
  • It’s not just about cutting costs. It’s about scaling smarter. We’ve built dedicated offshore teams that work seamlessly, deliver results, and drive real growth. Now, we’re opening that up to others.
  • The reality is, if you’re still relying on expensive, onshore-only teams, you’re making business harder than it needs to be. Remote Resource gives you the same systems, same talent, and same efficiency that’s been working for us for years, so you can get more done with less overhead.
  • if you’re not leveraging offshore talent, you’re leaving money on the table and making business more expensive and difficult than it needs to be.

Beyond the business card podcast

Host

Oct 2024Present · 1 yr 5 mos · Dubai, United Arab Emirates

  • At the end of 2024, I started a podcast all about the people behind the titles.
  • We all see the success stories – the CEOs, the entrepreneurs, the industry leaders. But what about everything that came before? The childhood moments, the failures, the risks that almost didn’t pay off?
  • Every episode, I sit down with founders and business leaders to hear the real stories behind their journeys. No rehearsed answers, no corporate speak. Just honest conversations about what it actually takes to get to the top.
  • Whether you're an aspiring entrepreneur, a business leader, or just someone who loves hearing the stories behind the people at the top, there’s something for you in this podcast.
  • New episodes drop every Monday on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.

7-figure recruitment scaling systems

Founder

May 2024Present · 1 yr 10 mos · Dubai, United Arab Emirates · On-site

  • I help recruitment agency founders build six and seven-figure businesses using the strategies that scaled our firm to multi-seven figures.
  • Starting from scratch over a decade ago, we bootstrapped a marketing-led recruitment agency model, leveraging offshore teams, automation, and efficient tools to boost profits and reduce overheads.
  • Through a proven and adaptable program, you can transform your agency into a profit-generating powerhouse.
  • With deep roots in MENA and APAC recruitment since 2008, my experience includes leading MCG Talent to seven-figure success and strategic ventures, like selling Diversely.io to The Access Group.
  • Now, I’m focused on mentoring others to achieve financial freedom with a smooth, actionable blueprint covering everything from sales techniques and proposals to building effective offshore teams.
  • Our core pillars—structure, client acquisition, candidate sourcing, marketing, and digital presence—equip you to build a lean, digitally savvy agency primed for growth.

Advisor and Founding Investor (Exited)

Mar 2020Sep 2023 · 3 yrs 6 mos · Singapore

  • I served as a strategic advisor and founding investor for Diversely, a pioneering technology firm dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). In August 2023, Diversely was acquired by The Access Group, joining its earlier acquisitions—Access Volcanic and Access Vincere—to form one of the most comprehensive recruitment technology solutions available. This acquisition allows Access to provide its clients with advanced tools to track, measure, and enhance diversity and ensure a bias-free hiring process for both candidates and clients.

Dmcg global

Co-Founder - MENA & APAC CEO

Sep 2019May 2022 · 2 yrs 8 mos · Dubai, United Arab Emirates · On-site

  • In late 2019, we made the decision to merge our business with agencies in the UK, USA, and Australia to create a global recruitment offering under the DMCG Global banner. At the time, globalisation felt like the right strategy for growth and client delivery.
  • Then COVID hit, and everything changed.
  • Post-pandemic, the group shifted towards a model, something that didn’t align with our goals or how we wanted to run our business. We also saw a clear need to double down on building focused, regional expertise in the Middle East and Asia.
  • So in 2022, we exited the partnership.
  • While the business still carries our name, as we are the ‘MCG’ in DMCG - we now operate entirely independently. MCG Talent in the Middle East and Asia has no ongoing involvement with DMCG Global. We’ve chosen to stay niche, stay focused, and build where we know we can deliver best.
  • We wish everyone at DMCG Global continued success.
