After working as a SDR and AE within B2B technology businesses, I saw first-hand the impact of working with recruiters that don’t understand the role. It’s incredibly frustrating. Misunderstood briefs lead to mis-hires. That’s why I Co-Founded Cosmic Partners. To bring together SaaS and recruitment expertise to deliver an accurate and efficient hiring experience for startup founders. It’s based on our hiring knowledge and SaaS experience and emphasises the importance of strong discovery and thorough screening to deliver great accuracy for B2B firms. The Discovery process: Our process starts with a detailed discovery. Covering at least 90 minutes, we’ll deep dive into your business, the ideal candidate, and hiring process to build the foundation to hiring success. Our Go Live process: You’ll start to see the outcomes of the deep discovery in our go-live session. From JD to interview slots in your diary, we’ll lead you through what a successful hiring process looks like. The Search process: We’ll find you the ideal candidate. But it’s not just who we reach, but how we reach them. We only target relevant individuals with tailored outreach, meaning the candidate experience is high and your brand reputation is always protected. The Screening process: Finding relevant people is just the start. We then thoroughly screen them using our own SaaS sales experience, and with specific information from the discovery process to ensure you only meet the very best. Interview, Hire & onboard: We won’t ever fling CVs at you and ask you who you think is best. That’s our job. We book slots in your diary and put only the very best candidates in front of you. You can then review their Cosmic Profile, use the interview task we create for you, and use the Cosmic interview scoring matrix. That’s before we help with onboarding and handover.
