• Zen Design Solutions Limited is a full service product design firm providing beauty and skincare solutions. ZDSL partners with global leaders in consumer products for co-creation and turnkey opportunities in packaging, application and dispensing systems for both established and emerging markets. Over the past 13 years the company has had 50+ launches with brands like MAC, Estee Lauder, Lancôme, L’Oréal, Elizabeth Arden, Johnson and Johnson, Maybelline, Revlon, etc.

• Worked as an Independent Design Consultant with Craft-Sector entities, Product Design companies, and Educational Institutions.
• Held integrated Design & Development workshops for willow-wicker weaving artisans in Kashmir and cane weaving artisans in Assam, to create a bridge between their skills and a product range relevant to present day lifestyles. The product range was showcased at Ambiente (Frankfurt) and India International Gift Show (New Delhi).
• Product design experience ranged from stainless steel tableware for a Disney franchise, lifestyle accessories for the launch of a private label, product and space design for handicraft export houses for the Ambiente (Frankfurt), Heimtextil (Frankfurt) and India International Gift Show (New Delhi) trade fairs over multiple editions.
• Taught Accessory Design as a visiting faculty at Pearl Academy. Was part of a review panel to upgrade and revise the course content of the Accessory Design (now Fashion & Lifestyle Accessories) Dept. at National Institute of Fashion Technology.

• Designed home accessories across a range of materials to create co-ordinated stories with the soft furnishing product range from the parent company. The work was part of the company’s display at Heimtextil (Frankfurt) in 2000 and 2001 and sold to brands like Pottery Barn, Ikea, Banana Republic Home, Lands’end, Leroy Merlin, Newell, etc.
