Shiela graduated with honors earning a Global Leadership Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Texas at Dallas with concentration track in Business Analytics and Finance in August-2024. She has also completed a professional certificate from The Bank of America Institute for Women's Entrepreneurship at Cornell University in January-2024. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management from De La Salle University - Dasmarinas Cavite, Philippines (DLSU-D). Shiela was active in extracurricular activities and was Editor-in-Chief of the College of Business Publication. She also competed in national debates and served as the President and Lord Chancellor of the university's debating society.
