• I started my career as a fresher in Talent Acquisition and, within the first year, gained strong expertise in candidate sourcing through LinkedIn and requirement understanding. During this time, I successfully closed 14–15 positions with Salesforce for Backend and Full Stack Developers across Bangalore and Hyderabad, ranging from junior to senior levels, and also closed roles for Mobile Developers with PhonePe.
