• Brought multiple stakeholders in alignment over critical problem statements/solutions which required setting company-wide guidelines and not just product development.

• Track metrics of releases to track the impact of feature/product.

• The responsibility of this role was to plan and execute all the Sporting events conducted under the flag of "Spree", which is one of the biggest inter-collegiate sports festivals in India. The events included:
• 1) 12 formal and 1 informal event, having participation of 1500+, during the festival, lasting 5 days.
• 2) Semester-long Futsal tournament with 36 teams participating from within the campus.
• 3) Sports events organized during CSR event called "Udaan"- Sports festival for the specially-abled and the CSR marathon with 600+ participation.
• 4) Certain other inter hostel competitions for campus students.
• 5) Organizing workshops from high-quality coaching centers for students interested in learning a sport.

• Nirmaan is a registered NGO, working for the society in various fields with multiple teams for each type of problems.
• My specific role was in the then newest vertical (team) starting operations in a nearby slum area called “Lamani”. The work included but wasn’t limited to:
• 1) Managing the team to make a realistic plan to help 30+ students with studies. Making sure that curriculum is completed, regular progress is tracked.
• 2) Helping to organise various drives, including surveys for free health camps, awareness sessions.
• 3) Being in contact with local leader from the community to make sure things operate smoothly.
• 4) Surveyed Nearby school and made a renovation plan, so that sponsorship team can arrange for the same.
• 5) Be a part of sponsorship team.
