• Setup a solid design system in the company that help reduce development and design time and increased consistency across all platforms.
• Implemented numerous research tools and fostered a culture of research driven design in the organisation. This has been the cornerstone of our revamp.

• Launched the all new front-desk app for all our hotels. Improved the hotel check-in & check-out efficiency. Ideated a QR code based self check-in/check-out to make it even friction free with a unique post check-in experience.
• Put elaborate design systems in place to optimise design efficiency and bring consistency to visual design.
• Launched the custom corporate & travel agent booking portal that is now responsible for 30%+ of the business revenue.
• Responsible of building and developing a 9 person stellar design team comprising of UXers, Visual Designers, User researchers, Interaction designers and Graphic Designers.

• I was responsible for the overhaul of the brand & user experience. This included building and managing of the new UX/UI team. The entire PropheSee app was re-imagined under my leadership while we pushed the boundaries of what was possible in the realm of big data.
