Currently serving as Assistant Manager – HR at Grow Indigo, I’m proud to be contributing to a mission-driven organization focused on transforming Indian agriculture through sustainable, regenerative practices. I work closely with the Carbon Division, which pioneers nature-based solutions to help farmers improve soil health, reduce emissions, and generate carbon credits — ultimately creating value for both people and the planet. In my role, I drive key HR initiatives that support talent acquisition, culture-building, and employee engagement for a high-impact team working at the intersection of agriculture, sustainability, and technology. I'm involved in designing people processes that are agile, inclusive, and aligned with our broader environmental and business goals. Prior to Grow Indigo, I was a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at AgroStar, India’s leading agritech startup. There, I helped onboard 500+ employees across roles, partnered with cross-functional teams, and worked with external stakeholders — including VCs, academic institutions, and media — to enhance our employer brand. I hold dual MBA degrees from Savitribai Phule Pune University — one in International Business Management with a focus on analytics, and another in Human Resources. My approach to HR is both data-informed and people-centric, grounded in curiosity, empathy, and strategic thinking.
