• ConsultAdd Inc. is a US-based IT Services and Consulting firm. My roles and responsibilities included,
• Collaborating with Account Managers to understand client profiles and gather specific recruiting
• requirements for multiple clients.
• Implementing effective recruiting strategies, resulting in a significant increase in the number of qualified candidates for technical positions.
• Utilizing LinkedIn and effective Boolean searches, while also leveraging multiple job portals (Dice, Indeed, Monster, TechFetch, ZipRecruiter, GitHub) for high-quality talent sourcing; conducting pre-screening calls with US Citizens, Green Card, H1B visa, and other valid EAD holders, adding an average of 40 qualified candidates per month for further hiring process, resulting in scaling the pipeline to around 15 technically screened candidates on a monthly basis.
• Efficiently tracking candidates for open positions using the BEATS Applicant Tracking System, maintaining an up-to-date record of candidate status and progress throughout the recruitment process.
• Successfully managed the end-to-end recruitment including coordinating the onboarding process of
• consultants, ensuring a smooth transition, and demonstrating expertise in understanding US laws and
• regulations for hiring IT professionals on Corp-to-Corp (C2C) basis, W2, and 1099 to ensure compliance and minimize legal risks for the organization.
• Supporting retention of consultants through regular check-ins; leading the bi-annual pay increment process, coordinating cross-functional feedback from Recruitment, Marketing, Retention, and Finance teams and negotiating increment outcomes on behalf of the consultant.
