• We started this mission with a group of 5 students of SMVDU and we work to achieve our motto, "Together we can, save a life"

• Software Freedom Day is dedicated to the world of Open Source. It is a worldwide celebration of Open Source and Free Software. Being an alma mater of numerous Open Source Contributers and Supporters, SMVDU was a part of SFD 2015, which falls on 19th September this year. We expanded the celebration for almost a whole week, which started on 21st September and will end on 27th September.
• I also organized the Github workshop and was the Speaker for the same. We had around 120 participants. The main focus of the workshop was to familiarize students with the benefits of the Github and contributing in FOSS. The workshop gone well and students learned the importance and basics of Git, VCS and Github.
