I am in the recruitment industry with more than 15 year now. My career started as a head hunter at Alp which was one of the popular search firms, where I used to talk to strangers, make them friends and through this process helped few in getting closer to their dreams by placing them in fortune 500 companies. My inclination towards recruitment got stronger day by day and I loved it! I take pride in providing best candidate experience possible. The best part of my job is to hire smart talents who work on few of the cutting-edge technologies that shapes the present and future. I am blessed to have a blend of working in a search agency, onsite recruiter and campus recruitment. Adaptability is the name of the game, change of sourcing skills in all throughout my career brought a different challenge and I accepted wholeheartedly, few of my bosses said I did well. I enjoy being surrounded with brilliant people, partner with them and solve the problem. Challenges, Recognition, Hard work encourages me. Another aspect of my job is to hire NCGs (New College Graduates) from premier institutes across India and attract them to apply for Cypress.
