• Devised and executed the communication strategy and leading founder-led branding initiatives for a now publicly-listed company.

• Worked as a learning designer, podcast host and Faculty-in-Residence for over a year, I will now be moving into the role of Subject Matter Expert and visiting faculty. I will be specializing in communication focused training for managers, women in leadership roles, and early talent development.

• Worked with marquee and upsell clients to identify their diversity in hiring, leadership coaching needs, leadership development and manager development needs to design learning solutions that foster behavioural and attitude shift, an inclusivity and diversity-oriented mindset and upskilling. The process includes conducting listen to learn sessions with the learners and stakeholder communication to get a 360 view on the L&D needs.

• Worked in enterprise partnerships and am responsible to foster enterprise partnerships and grow strategic accounts with larger mandates in Southern India. My clientele covered HCCB (Coca Cola), Rakuten, Tarento, Homelane, LendingKart to name a few.

• Was plucked out of comfort zone by the founding team to shape up and restructure corporate communications (with a key focus on internal communication) following Zomato’s listing on the public markets. I categorically focused on stakeholder & shareholder led communication, ESG reporting, thought leadership content development for the founder and C-suite leaders and employer branding amongst other things. I also worked on founder-led and founder-focused branding, L&D and marketing projects.
• It was a short but fun ride, one where a lot of work got done in short spans and the learning curve saw a sharp uptick.

My key focus areas were Business development and strategy. I also worked on integrated campaigns between PR and Digital to execute a wholistic approach. I served as the Account Lead on $350K annual retainers.
