While everyone pushed for the conventional path (you know, the "engineer or doctor" dream), I found my way through statistics, media, and eventually, education. After a decade at Hindustan Times, where I led everything from CRM implementation to running Shine Learning's P&L, I took the entrepreneurial plunge. Why? Because I saw a gap: while everyone was racing to create the next big test prep platform, no one was thinking about structured skill development through extracurriculars. Today, from our base in Gurgaon, I lead a remarkable remote team of 500+ people, most from small towns across India - proof that talent knows no geography. Together, we're building something special: a platform that values creativity and critical thinking as much as academic excellence.
