About

Hey there! I'm currently heading Product Design & User Research teams at Porter. Previously led Demand Design at Meesho. I've built & led multi-disciplinary design teams across E-commerce, Travel, and B2B SaaS domains. My philosophy is to design products (and underlying tech) at the highest feasible levels of user abstraction to solve user problems and achieve business goals through first principles thinking coupled with an experimental mindset; backed by user research, data & design judgment/intuition. I have had the joy of setting up and scaling design teams via initiatives like Hiring, Onboarding, User Research, Design Process, Design Systems, and Testing. I enjoy high ownership, thought-partnership and conscientiously challenging the status quo with Designers, PMs, and Engineers to strive for best-in-class user experiences. I'm an ardent believer in meritocracy and a two-fold execution strategy consisting of 20% high-risk:high-reward bets to set us into higher-order orbits and 80% high-conviction bets yielding predictable outcomes.
