  • reliably in a cost effective manner. This system was designed based on my experience with the migration and transition of the infrastructure of National Australia Bank to IBM in 2011. This work led to IBM's service offering in 2013.
  • Built an advanced infrastructure-to-service level monitoring system and deployed the same at one of India's largest business process outsourcing organizations. The system was designed to provide automated root cause and impact analysis and covered systems, software, network and telephony
  • equipment.
  • Designed, built and implemented an enterprise-wide model driven system monitoring solution for one of the world's largest telcos. The solution was designed to for quick implementation and high scalability. With this system, the customer was able to implement system to business process monitoring across 2000+ servers in a few months.
