• My specialization is technology recruitment for the Internet/ Dotcom/ E-Commerce/Tech Product industry. Right from CTO / VP Engineering to Software Developers and HR Heads to UI Engineers, I’ve done it all!
• My daily job role comprises of:
• Leading a team of specialized startup tech product recruiters.
• Managing the P&L for my team.
• Handling the entire deliverables and operations.
• Account Management for various clients.
• The entire recruitment cycle from understanding the client’s requirement, sourcing relevant profiles, offer negotiation and reference check to ensuring smooth joining of a candidate to eventually closing the mandate successfully.
• Apart from traditional recruitment methods like job portals and cold calling, I use various Social Media sites (like LinkedIn, Twitter, specific job boards), headhunting and our internal database to get relevant candidates.
• I have successfully placed senior and mid-level candidates in various startups like Dream11, Bewakoof, UrbanPro, Wandertrails, Landmark Group, Catchthatbus, Acceletrade Technologies, Birds Eye Systems, Citrus Payment Solutions, MENA360, Prettysecrets, Voxapp, Freecultr, Taxiforsure, Donebynone etc.
