• Client Handling - Works closely with client's HR, helping them find best suited candidates/talents.
• End to End Recruitment for majorly e-commerce clients.
• Involved in providing training to new comers. Leading and guiding them in sourcing through Naukri.com and LinkedIn.
• Negotiating the Salary according to Company’s Salary Brackets.
• Scheduling and following up with candiates throughout the recruitment process.
• Tracking the progress/feedback of candidates directly from Client.
• Maintain a cordial relation with the candidate even after the candidate join the Client’s Place
