• Identify Manpower Gaps as per the location assigned and post approval of Requisition from Operation and TA Manager, need to hire FTE position as per defined TAT. Also contributed in Volume Hiring (FTC)
• Attract Applicants through Job posting using Job sites and Newsgroup.
• Coordinating and Engaging with stakeholders to generate more referrals. Conducting Campus Drive.
• Interviewing and Shortlisting candidates as per defined standards for specific position.
• Sharing SL candidates to stakeholders for Interview.
• Generate feedback from Stakeholders.
• Accumulate documents of the selected candidates for Pre verification purpose.
• Negotiate candidates on Offer and get Offer approval mail from Operation Head and ZHR
• Post approval, Initiate and Upload Offer Template along with docs in Portal as per defined parameters.
• Maintain Hiring data of all candidates for End to End Recruitment & onboarding Activity.
• Initiate Travel request to Travel desk team for Candidate joining purpose.
• Inform L&D team and respective stakeholders regarding candidate joining intimation and Induction purpose.
• Maintain and update EKL requisition and Interview requisition matrix.
• Coordinate with HRBP and resolve employee queries about employee benefits, compliance and grievance handling.
