• Sourcing for the right Talent Pool from different Job Portals like Naukri, Shine,Social Networking Sites like LinkedIn and Whatsaap.
• Responsible for entire recruitment cycle right from Sourcing& Screening resumes to short-listing candidates, coordinating, conducting interviews joining formalities.
• Maintaining or Building the Recruitment Database.
• Mapping from various sources like Google, LinkedIn, Naukri.
• Coordinate with the business to understand the requirements.
• Coordinating and scheduling the interviews via telephone/ VC.
• Part of PAN India hiring for IT, Non-IT.
