• During my tenure as SPD, I led product-vision for the revamp of overall dining flows. I worked with 5 product managers from ideation, design to shipping the product successfully during this tenure. We added a lot of interesting features like latest restaurant videos for vibe-check, scratch cards for user-retention, Zomato pay and also designed homepage, restaurant page and other core-flows from scratch.
• Besides this, I also worked on setting a foundation for mentorship programme and training within the team, making crits and stand-ups a little more interesting and also worked with other stakeholders to ideate on how to remove chaos from the team and decide on whether we should continue a flat-structure or introduce a hierarchy within the design team.

• I led the design-vision for multiple growth projects from new-user retention, ZPL, gamification products, referral programmes, honest-discounting to improve transparency, Zomato Pro to improve attach rates and renewal rates and many other interesting features added to the consumer app.
• I also worked on different core-flows from menu, search, filters, cart and offer-flows in order to make it more intuitive and easy for the consumers.
• During this tenure, I also worked on a few research projects from understanding the behaviour of lapsed users to understanding and removing the road-blocks at different touch-points of the customer journey.
