• Implemented customer features in buyservices ecosystem :
• ● Virtual Bundling: It enabled selling multiple SKUs even when they are not present as physical bundles in the warehouse. This feature required refactoring cart service and contributes ~3k orders monthly.
• ● Coverfees: This feature was developed specifically for high revenue days to allow customer to make a purchase before the sale by paying a fixed amount. This feature required changes in PPS and Cart
• systems. It contributed to 5% to the total sale revenue .
• ● Value shipping : This feature allowed the customer to choose delayed shipping for a special discount. This saved supply chain management cost to deliver the order to the customer. This required changes in cart. Feature order cap reached within an hour during EORS 17.
• ● Saved cards revamp : With this feature we provided more information to the customer by displaying
• their saved cards by different parameters such as last successful transactions, expiry etc. With these
• changes, adoption of saved cards during checkout increased by 5%.
• ● Phonepe PWA SDK integration : This involved integrating with new set of phonepe apis and changing the
• payment experience for a user on this flow. This contributed ~10% to the total traffic on myntra by Phonepe.
• ● Became a trusted resource through high level problem solving and debugging skills. Proactively improved the failure semantics of giftcard service by figuring out long-standing integration issues with Qwikcilver(giftcard provider). Reduced the oncalls in giftcard system by 20%.
