• Served as the Design Lead for the Driver App (v1.0) for a new business vertical - Delivery. Achieved project delivery within a tight 3-week timeline. The MVP facilitated 100 daily orders - generating ~ ₹1,50,000 profit within 30 days of release.
• Created a user-centred design to divide the tickets created into 3 categories: Complaint, Request, Inquiry. This reduced monthly calls by 30% via automated ticket creation for 66.67% tickets created on the Ticket Management System.
• Launched customer satisfaction (CSAT) metrics for tickets closures and service flows at charging stations, improving the CSAT score from 3.4 to 4.2
• Utilised user personas to design wireframes for automating the solution for swap modification requests, resulting in a 35% increase in battery-occupant mapping and reducing the creation of 500 tickets per month.
• Successfully revamped the Payments module design by segregating into 3 sister modules to increase transparency and automate pending verification of funds collected via cash. This led to a jump of ~ ₹35,00,000 in yearly revenue.
