• Execute recruitment strategies and processes.

• Collect, analyze and manage relevant information of recruitment strategies.
• Identify and cultivate high-potential young professionals to apply to the program.
• Build and maintain relationships with different groups of interlocutors (universities, student centers, other social organizations)
• Organize and provide logistical support in recruitment events such as job fairs, informative and institutional talks, personal meetings, visits to schools, among others.
• Participate in the execution of the PExAs selection and enrollment processes.
