With over five years of work experience in business development, marketing, and customer success, I am currently the Senior Manager - Investor Experience at BHIVE Alts, a leading alternative investment platform in India. I hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and have expertise in relationship development, customer retention, and customer success. I am responsible for creating and implementing strategies to enhance the investor journey, loyalty, and satisfaction, as well as generating new business opportunities and partnerships.
