I didn’t plan to work in TA&HR. It just happened. I liked helping people, having conversations, figuring things out. Somewhere along the way, it stopped being a job and became something that actually made sense to me. I’ve learned that this work is about people and the relationships between them. The balance between what a company needs and what people want. Between moving fast and still doing the right thing. I’ve found myself somewhere in the middle of it all, trying to keep things real. Making sure the people we hire feel like they belong, and the company knows how to keep them. I like when both sides grow, when both care enough to stay. I care about building partnerships that mean something. About conviction that lasts. About people who actually give a damn about what they do. That’s what I care about.
