• Democratik aimed to create a national student network of event managers in India through a community based model and was led by Rushabh Sanghvi. It was driven by collaborative sharing of ideas and discussions on the qualitative aspects of event management and delivering elegant experiences across cities, suited to their local tastes, under a single brand name.
• It has been a vibrant organization with very innovative individuals from different institutes of national repute. The local committee in each city consisted of students from different backgrounds and areas of expertise to foster discussions on a variety of issues and themes.

• I worked with leading particle physicists at VECC and the learning will remain with me for life. From long hours sitting in the server room, trying to put the code together for an accelerometer to our visits to the nuclear sciences labs, it was a very exciting stint. It provided me with an excellent boost to re-think the way I looked at technology. I will forever be thankful for the amazing inspiration this place has been for me.
