It was this problem, that I set out to solve alongside my co-founder and wife, Martina and thus, GajiGesa came into being. GajiGesa is a financial wellness platform powered by earned wage access that empowers employees to take full control of their wages. We provide member employees with Earned Wage Access (EWA), financial education, and other financial management tools to improve their long-term financial health responsibly. We also empower employer partners with an enterprise-grade HR analytics platform to improve employee productivity, engagement, and retention by reducing financial stress for their workforce.
