  •  Roles & Responsibilities includes: - Sourcing, Scheduling & Interview Coordination.
  •  Initially was put under for the Coordination for Banking Domain which recruits mainly for Mainframes Technologies – PL1 & COBOL. Coordination for Walk-ins conducted on Saturdays.
  •  ITC InfoTech has five Independent Business Units which is divided into BFSI, Treasury and Capital Markets, Infrastructure, Manufacturing & Life Sciences. Each IBU’s has got their own Team’s to handle recruitments.
  • ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -
  •  Was completely responsible for Sourcing, Scheduling & Interview Coordination for IT Infrastructure Requirements.
  •  Used to get the requirements from the Project PMO directly which come through Hire Craft (Companies Internal Database which is held responsible for Recruitment Transactions from getting requirements, Scheduling & Till candidates joins the company.
  •  Well versed with Infrastructure requirements i.e. System Administrators, Networking
  •  Has been able to give 10 to 15 Joinees / Closures on every consecutive month.
  •  After 10 Months of Joining has got opportunity to handle 2 Accounts under Staff Augmentation which is completely into IT Infrastructure domain.
  •  Independently handled Walk-ins on Saturdays for Infrastructure requirements.
  •  Has been independently interacting with the Technical Panels for Interview Selection Processes and was able to close the given targets / positions within the TAT.
  •  Was even responsible for preparing the documents of the offered candidates to get the business approvals before the candidate’s on-boards.
