I am Lakhan Singh Sajwan, having Around 12 Years of IT Exp and have been associated with 3 organizations i.e. Strawberry Business Solution (I worked here for Samsung as BI Software engineer for 2.5 yr in Sales Domain ), Virtusa (here i worked 5 years for RBS in Operational Risk Domain: 3 year as Senior software engineer and Team Lead for another 2 years) and finally Genpact, where currently working as an Assistant Manager in Insurance Domain, where my role is to plan, coordinate, and supervise end to end activities for my UK based client. In my current role i am involved in stakeholder management where my job is to connect with them to understand their pain areas and provide optimal solutions accordingly and provide them the update on regular basis in stakeholder meetings. Here I am managing a team of 8 people where I have to manage, assign tasks, take feedback from them and resolve issues and guide the development team on the issues related to design, development, and deployment of reports in Agile framework. As far as my educational background is concerned, I am an MBA from one of the premium institute of India i.e. FMS Delhi and Engineering from MDU Rohtak with first division. I'm a IT professional having knowledge in Qlik and Tableau with experience in Data Analysis, Data Modeling, functional analysis, design and development of applications and dashboards. I have good knowledge in Qlikview - Optimization techniques , Staging process as per SDLC , Qlikview Designing Concepts, Data Modelling techniques ,Set Analysis. Apart from BI i have basic understanding of Python language and have completed the fundamental course in python. BI Technologies: 1. Qlikview [Version 11 SR2 ], QV12.2, Nprinting 2. Power BI Language known: 1. SQL(basic) 2. Python( intermediate) Having Domain Experience of 1.Sales and Distribution Industry(Samsung India) 2. Operational Risk in Bank (RBS). 3.
