• The Young Leaders Initiative is a school reform project which aims to bridge the achievement gap across schools that serve low-income communities.
• The students attending the program underwent a career simulation, learning how to learn and a variety of extra-curricular club opportunities delivered through the Happy Learning Framework to build basic foundational skills through an activity-based curriculum facilitated by trainers from across 26 states and 15 countries.
•  All the lessons in the curriculum were introduced to the students through different games and activities. The facilitator’s work was to plan different activities and games to create a happy learning environment. That is the main objective of the program.
