As the India Head for Client Solutions Group, I currently manage a profitable business, driving revenues of $1.8+ Billion for Dell Technologies (India), leading a team of winning performers, constantly gaining mindshare and market share. Being a believer in the synergic power of a team, beyond a collect of individual contributors, it has been exciting being instrumental in building teams from ground up. I have helped clients in their workforce transformation journey and managed and led diverse teams across APJ regions and countries through my roles spanning Sales, Business Development, Product, Brand and Business Leadership. Over the years, I have received recognitions with coveted awards including- : ‘Office of Chairman, ‘Vice Chairman Platinum’ & ‘Circle of Excellence’. I enjoy spending time with my kids.
