I'm a creative communicator with strong consulting experience gained advising clients across multiple industries in the UK and overseas. I build and lead teams to deliver tangible business results in brand management, digital strategy, performance improvement, employee engagement, sales enablement, marketing and change through communications. I’m an experienced Design Thinking facilitator and Agile coach. I build and run physical and virtual workshops covering many topics including hybrid working, virtual facilitation, story making, story hunting, employee engagement and change management. I’m a certified LEGO Serious Play facilitator and have a Scriberia Diploma in visual scribing. I’m the chair of the DMA’s B2B council; fellow of the IDM, and Strategy and Leadership advocate for B2B Marketing’s Propolis community.
