I have worked and garnered experience in categories like Foods, Refreshment and Oral Care managing some of the largest Global Brands like Horlicks (Market leader in Health Food Drinks), Sensodyne and Lipton in Market, Regional and Global level. I have had the opportunity to launch and grow Brands across D and D&E markets. My Success has been a result of a blend of Strong Consumer Insight, Analytical ability and an Intuitive bent of mind. I have had the opportunity of Creating New Categories (Green Tea and Sensitive Oral Care) and Growing Mature Brands by identifying compelling Consumer Insights and Transforming them into Market Winning Mixes.
