With over 20 years of experience as a senior marketing and business leader, I have a passion for connecting product, customer demand, and marketing execution to drive business growth and performance. I have positioned marketing as a credible and key business driver for Boldyn Networks, one of the world's largest shared network infrastructure providers with expertise across a range of industry verticals. As the Group Chief Marketing Officer, I lead the global marketing strategy aligned with the business strategy to establish a marketing-led organisation. I have built a high-performing team and am steering a 5-year marketing revenue generation plan to impact portfolio growth and geographic expansion. I also lead global and regional growth plans to amplify our market position, drive customer preference and demand for our services and solutions, and engage across the customer journey. Since joining BAI Communications (now Boldyn Networks) in 2017, I've been at the forefront of the company's core communication and marketing strategies, overseeing a global team across the USA, UK, Europe, and Hong Kong. Under my leadership, Boldyn Networks has successfully integrated seven acquisitions and launched ground breaking projects, including 4G and 5G coverage for the London Tube and smart city initiatives in New York City, Sunderland, and Rome. I spearheaded the rebranding of BAI Group companies under the Boldyn Networks brand, leveraging AI technology for a dynamic new identity. Recognised for my marketing innovation, I was named in PRovoke Media’s Innovator 25 EMEA class of 2023, shortlisted for the Women in Marketing Awards, and honoured as one of The B2B Global CMO 100 award winners in 2024. In 2025, I served as a judge for the same awards. My background in Psychology and Marketing has given me deep insight into consumer behaviour and human habits, which I apply to develop compelling value propositions and go-to-market plans that are highly attuned to evolving customer needs.
