Apart from several mid-size deals, Sanjoy was largely responsible for winning two large multi million dollar deals from this customer during this period that helped position MindTree as a global services partner within the customer organization.

  • In this capacity Sanjoy managed the US component of MindTree's BI business and was accountable for the overall growth of this business unit (BU) in North America market. He played a pivotal role in growing the BU revenue from negligible to $4 million in less than 2 years and acquired eight new marquee customers for MindTree. Some of the significant wins for him were a large million dollar deal from a global packaging company and a large half million dollar fixed price deal from KRAFT Foods.
  • Apart from business development, Sanjoy had also successfully executed several BI consulting projects for customers such as Safeway, P&G and Sonoco. He moved back to India in Aug 2007 and was responsible for running the operations of MindTree’s BI business unit that included recruitment, staffing and competency development.
