• Built EAN as a gender diversity-focused angel network to encourage more women to start angel investing and in turn increase the available capital pool. • Working on the zonals and finals of the Channel V India fest 2014 among the 5 V representatives chosen in the city. It included –
• Heading a team of 25+ students from over 10 different colleges across Bangalore
• Ensuring extensive work was happening to generate registrations for 22 event categories over 3 months from initial registrations to combining online and offline registrations
• Overlooked the continuous online publicity mainly via approximately 60 Facebook posts and memes every week that went viral backed by the same on WhatsApp and offline publicity on college campus through talking to students about the fest. Also included distributing passes of the event and ensuring event visibility through posters of the event put up across the city by the students resulting in a footfall of approximately 1500 people and complete participation for each event category.
• There were instances of delay and other minor and major crisis situations that were handled. The finals included working on the logistics of travel and stay of all the participants from Bangalore in Goa and assisting the event flow at the location.
