As the Managing Director of Easy Home Finance Limited, I am on a mission to serve the next million underserved and financially excluded first-time home owners in India. I leverage my expertise in fintech, proptech, and mortgage tech to deliver paperless mortgages with superior underwriting and risk management. I use neural networking across credit-tech, risk-tech, reg-tech, and prop-tech to simplify and streamline the mortgage process for consumers and lenders. Before joining Easy Home Finance in 2017, I ran a micro venture capital family office with over 30 investments in new age businesses. The firm also operated not-for-profit co-working spaces to support entrepreneurship development. Prior to that, I was a real estate developer with a turnover of $300m, managing 300+ employees and delivering 5 million square feet of residential and commercial projects across India. I have a master's degree in construction management, a diploma in economics, and a bachelor's degree in finance. I am passionate about perfection and innovation in the fields of finance and real estate.
